What is the last thing you learned?
Have you heard the joke where a patient tells a doctor, “Doctor, it only hurts when I do this?” The doctor advises, “Well, stop doing that,” and hands the patient a bill.
Today, I saved myself the cost of a doctor’s visit, and here’s how. Before I fell asleep last night, I promised myself I’d figure out why my shoulder hurt.
This morning, the answer came to me. When I sat at my desk, I propped my left arm on the armrest of my ergonomic office chair and began shifting my weight on it.
Now, I’m not sure why or when I began that habit. But it was evident that enough time had passed to leave me in constant pain.
Years ago, while working as a Flight Attendant, I learned how to heal shoulder Bursitis.
Today, I learned how to achieve a flare-up.
Go me! 🥳
Just in case you forget about repetitive injuries, Bursitis is nature’s way of reminding you to stop doing that thing that causes you pain.
