United States Supreme Court ruled copyright owner must first have a copyright certificate  before filing an infringement claim. According to Law 360, A LexisNexis Company, the high court ruling puts to rest the circuit court split on the case Fourth Estate Public Benefit Corp. v. Wall-Street.com LLC, 17-571.
